Training that sticks

Corporate Training built around the problems your team actually faces

We run workshops and multi-week programs for mid-sized Australian organisations. Every session is designed around your industry, your people, and the gaps you already know about but haven't had time to fix.

What we teach

Four core program areas. Each one can run as a half-day intensive, a two-day deep dive, or a six-week embedded series with follow-up coaching.

Leadership for new managers

Most first-time managers get promoted for technical skill, then left to figure out people management on their own. This program covers delegation, difficult conversations, giving feedback that changes behaviour, and running meetings that don't waste everyone's morning. Participants leave with a 90-day action plan specific to their role.

Strategic thinking and planning

We take teams through structured frameworks for annual planning, competitive analysis, and resource allocation. The workshop uses your actual business data, not hypothetical case studies. By the end of the session, your leadership group will have a draft strategic plan they can present to the board within the week.

Communication and influence

Presentations, written proposals, stakeholder updates: we drill the mechanics of clear communication. Participants practise live with video review. We focus on structure, not personality. Introverts and extroverts both benefit because the techniques are about preparation and clarity, not charisma.

Change management

Restructures, system migrations, new processes: change fails when people feel blindsided. This program gives your project leads a practical toolkit for stakeholder mapping, resistance analysis, and phased communication. We've run it for organisations going through ERP rollouts, mergers, and office relocations.

How a program comes together

We don't sell off-the-shelf slide decks. Here's what happens between your first call and the final session.

  1. Scoping call

A 30-minute conversation with your HR lead or department head. We ask about the specific behaviours you want to see change, the size of the group, and any constraints like shift schedules or remote workers. No questionnaires, no forms to fill out beforehand.

  2. Design brief

Within five business days we send a written proposal: learning objectives, session structure, duration, facilitator bio, and pricing. You review it, mark up changes, and we revise until it matches what you need.

  3. Content build

Our facilitator develops exercises, case scenarios, and discussion prompts drawn from your industry. If you give us access to internal documents (org charts, project plans, comms templates), we weave those into the material so participants recognise their own context.

  4. Delivery

Sessions run at your premises or a venue of your choice. Groups of eight to twenty work best. We bring printed workbooks, facilitate every exercise, and handle room setup logistics.

  5. Follow-up

Two weeks after the final session, each participant gets a one-on-one 20-minute coaching call to review their action plan and troubleshoot early obstacles. You receive a summary report with anonymised feedback data.

Who runs the sessions

Our facilitators have between 8 and 22 years of experience in organisational development, not in professional training alone. They've held operational roles in logistics, healthcare administration, financial services, and engineering firms. That background means they understand what it feels like to sit in a workshop when you have 47 unread emails waiting.

Every facilitator holds a relevant postgraduate qualification (organisational psychology, adult education, or an MBA). We don't use subcontractors. The person you meet in the scoping call is the person who stands in front of your team.

Frequently asked questions

How far in advance do we need to book?
Three to four weeks is ideal. That gives us time for the scoping call, content design, and logistics. We've turned programs around in ten days when the scope was narrow and the group was small, but quality improves with lead time.
Can sessions be delivered online?
Yes. We run live virtual workshops through Zoom or Teams. Sessions are capped at three hours for virtual delivery because attention drops sharply after that. For longer programs, we split content across multiple half-day sessions rather than running a full day on screen.
What does a typical program cost?
A half-day workshop for up to 15 participants starts at $4,200 plus GST. Two-day intensives range from $9,500 to $14,000 depending on customisation. Multi-week embedded programs are quoted individually because the scope varies too much for a standard rate card.
Do you work with small teams?
Absolutely. Some of our most effective programs have been with groups of five or six. Smaller groups allow more individual practice time and deeper discussion. The per-person cost is higher, but the intensity of learning is noticeably greater.
What industries do you have experience in?
Mining services, aged care, local government, engineering consultancies, mid-tier accounting firms, and agricultural cooperatives make up the bulk of our client base. We've also run programs for a national retail franchise and two not-for-profit housing providers.
